Since its incorporation in 2008, Mindas Petroleum Limited has demonstrated remarkable growth and resilience in Nigeria’s energy sector. One of its most strategic milestones was the acquisition of a 25 million-liter petroleum storage facility in Calabar, enhancing access to both inland and coastal markets. In 2025, the company earned a BBB+ credit rating from DataPro, affirming its financial stability and operational integrity.
Mindas has secured ₦30 billion in trade finance and syndicated credit facilities from top-tier institutions such as FBN Quest, Keystone Bank, and Lotus Bank—while maintaining a debt-free status despite industry volatility. The company has consistently traded over 20,000 metric tons of Gasoil annually, serving a robust portfolio of industrial clients including Dangote Industries, TotalEnergies, and NEPAL Energies.
